Under Article IV, Section 2 of the Condominium Bylaws, the Association has “the power and duty…to make reasonable rules and regulations governing the use and enjoyment of the Condominium by members, their tenants, guests, employees, invitees, families and pets and to enforce such rules and regulations by all legal methods…”
The Association promulgates such rules and regulations in the form of policies and/or resolutions.
