In order to provide and environment conducive to pleasant living at Orchard Glen Condominium, the Condominium Bylaws contain certain limitations upon activities of co-owners which might infringe upon the right to quiet enjoyment of all co-owners. Article VII off our Condominium Bylaws contain the full extent of the restrictions.
General Restrictions:
- Units may be used solely for the purpose of single-family dwellings
- Unit owners are not permitted to modify the exterior of the units or the grounds, nor are the unit owners permitted to have individual gardens without permission of the Board of Directors
- Any structural modification of the interior of a Condominium must be approved by the Board of Directors
- All pets must be leashed at all times while on the common element
- No owner will be permitted to perform any landscaping without approval by the Board of Directors
These and other restrictions as contained in our Condominium Bylaws and policies are enforceable by the OGCA which may take appropriate action to enforce these and other restrictions, including but not limited to: legal actions for injunctive relief and damages. The remedies available in event of default are contained in Article XII of the Condominium Bylaws.
